Renew Domain:

1. You Must be logged in to renew a Domain you already registered at our site. If you have not logged in yet, you may do so by clicking here.
If you cannot login for some reason, please call our customer service number at 818 322 0174 and we will help you to renew your domain over the phone.

2. Then you will see MANAGE DOMAIN Link on Left Side Navigation Menu.

3. Click Manage Domain Link and it will pull up List of your domains (like this screen-shot here).

3. You can sort your domains by expiration date and then click on the Micro Icon R which will add that domain for renewal to your shopping cart. You can repeat this process for as many domains as you need to renew and after you added all domains to be renewed to your Cart, you can check out. Our System will send you renewal confirmation messages for your records.

TO RENEW DOMAINS ALREADY EXPIRED

4. If you no longer see management icons next to any of your domains, see the screen-shot here:

that means your domain has passed its expiration date and you cannot manage it any longer. If the domain expired less than 35 days ago, we may be able to renew it for you via our admin interface.

Here is a short guide how to renew expired domain:

If your domain expired less than 28 days ago you may still be able to renew it although it is not guaranteed.

• Do a whois look up on your domain and verify it expired less than 28 days ago. The link to whois look up is here.
• Login at my.dotyou.com
• Under My Account in QUICK LINKS PULLDOWN MENU choose: Refill Account link and refill your account for at least one domain year worth, so you have positive balance credit on your account
• Open HELP DESK ticket and let us know you refilled your account and that you need renewal for 1 or more years on such and such domain
• We will renew the domain for you, create invoice for the renewal and post invoice paid from the credits on your account.
• Email notification will be autogenerated advising you the domain was renewed.
