Q. How do I cancel any services I bought?
A. Domain registration is not cancellable, once you purchase the domain name it is reserved in your name for the period you have registered it - you can simply let the domain expire once the year is up, not renewing it will automatically cancel it so anyone can register it once your ownership of it expires.
If you wanted to cancel hosting, simply use our HELP DESK, request hosting account cancellation and give us information as of what date we should cancel the hosting on this hosting account.
We will be happy to provide a refund in credits to your account balance with us. The refund is prorated hosting time left unused. Hosting Setup fee is non refundable. You can use your account credits for future domain or hosting purchases, transfers and renewals.
